At Digital Trading Solution, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality books and digital products. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below, which applies to both physical and digital book purchases.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Digital Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and downloadable content are final. Once a purchase is made and the digital product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason, except where required by law.
- Non-Refundable: Digital products, including eBooks, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- Incorrect or Defective Product: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect digital product (e.g., a file that cannot be accessed or downloaded), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@digitaltradingsolution.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or correcting the download link.
2. Physical Books
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical book, we offer the following return and refund options:
- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Books that show signs of use, wear, or damage, or those that are not in their original condition, cannot be returned.
3. Return Process for Physical Books
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@digitaltradingsolution.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong book sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Return Address: We will provide you with the return shipping address once your return request is approved.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the returned book is not in its original condition or has missing parts).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for physical or digital books. If you need a replacement for a damaged or defective physical book, please initiate a return, and upon approval, you can purchase the new item.
6. Sale Items
Refunds are only available for full-priced items. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check Your Bank: First, check your bank or credit card statement for pending transactions.
